Food noise
Cravings, by time of day
A dot per slot of the day. Bigger dots mean louder noise. Empty cells stripe themselves so you see the gap, never miss it.
For people on Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, Zepbound
microd0se turns the doses you take, the weight you weigh, and the symptoms you feel into a pattern you can read. Not a chart at a doctor's office. Not an ad for a drug. A field notebook for the body you live in.

The week, at a glance
One scroll on the home screen and the week is in front of you: which days had food noise, when nausea hit, where your weight is going, how you slept. Not a dashboard. The same field notebook, read sideways.

Food noise
A dot per slot of the day. Bigger dots mean louder noise. Empty cells stripe themselves so you see the gap, never miss it.

Symptoms
Nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, heartburn. A fuller pill means a heavier day. No red, ever. Severity is how dense the row is, not how loud.
Shot day shouldn't feel like paperwork. Recording shouldn't either.

Recording weight
A dial scale you can swipe through. No keyboard, no decimal hunt. The shape of the gesture is the shape of the number.

Recording food noise
Pick what you're craving, set how loud it is on a five-step waveform. The slider is the metaphor: minor to extreme, drawn.

History
Calendar that remembers every entry. Scroll back to the week you started, read forward. The shot you took six months ago is two taps away.

The chart is the product
Every dose you record is rendered as the curve your body is actually walking: up sharply on shot day, decaying over the half-life of the medication you're on, ready for the next dose. Tap any day, see what you were holding then.
The number on top is what you have right now. The shape below it is the answer to "why does today feel like this."
Ten skies
The hero on your home screen is a sky you choose. Ten gradient schemes ship with microd0se, named for the air they read like. The same scheme tints the tab bar, the food-noise dots, the symptom rows. Pick the one that fits how you read your body, and the app follows.
Estimated
Your medication level is estimated from your recorded doses.

The honest defaults
01
No EHR palettes, no red alerts, no severity language. A bad week of nausea is still a calm screen. The app absorbs hard news; it does not amplify it.
02
No smiling stock-photo patients, no glossy injectable hero, no brand-disclaimer footer pretending to be reassurance. The app is yours, not a drug company's brochure.
03
Your weight is not a high score. Your symptoms are not a streak. The app reads your body the way you would, given enough quiet to see the pattern.
microd0se makes a GLP-1 user fluent in their own body. The doses you take, the weight you weigh, the symptoms you feel, the cravings you hear: each one a stroke of the curve. The app is the field notebook. The pattern is yours.
